All orders are automatically processed through our secure merchant processor and removed from WAHEP’s customer availability/stock quantity as soon as the checkout process is complete.
During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed at times, after a certain point, we are unable to accommodate these changes completely free of charge.
We strictly adhere to the following order cancellation policy:
Orders cancelled before being shipped will assess a 20% restocking/cancellation fee before credit is issued.
For orders cancelled after being shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will be treated as a return with all applicable fees.
Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all applicable fees listed above – including restocking, cancellation and/or other applicable fees.
