WAHEP uses FedEx as our primary delivery partner; however, the final choice of carrier is made based on the size, weight and delivery type of your entire order, thus UPS and USPS may also be utilized. 


Our packages DO NOT require a signature for delivery. 

If you feel that you do not live in an area that is 100% safe for package delivery, please take the precaution of using the tracking details included in your shipping notification email, to request that your package be held by the carrier until you can pick it up directly from the FedEx location nearest you.  

Stolen or lost packages that have tracking details logged as “delivered” will not be the responsibility of WAHEP. WAHEP will assist with filing the FedEx claim, however we will not be responsible for refunds or any other compensation for items we shipped with valid tracking information.

Please allow  up to 5 business days for your order to ship, not including the purchase date. 

If you provide a valid e-mail address during the ordering process and ensure that emails from the domain are not blocked by your e-mail filters, an email confirmation with a tracking number should reach you when your order ships. 

If you have purchased multiple items from us, they may be shipped in different packages and may arrive at separate times. 

All orders received on holidays will be processed within 5 business days following the holiday.

We DO NOT SHIP to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and PO/APO/FPO addresses.
