Warranty & Returns
All of our refurbished computers afford you a 300-day warranty period. This warranty covers parts and labor for 300 days following your purchase. We warrant that products will be free from defects, in materials and workmanship, for the full 300 day warranty period.
During the warranty period, we will, at our option:
Provide any replacement parts that are necessary to repair the product; replace it with a comparable product; or have the refurbished computer shipped back for repair. Replacement parts and products will be comparable in function and performance to the original part or product and warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
All repairs must be completed by WAHEP. If a computer is taken elsewhere for repairs, no amount of the costs will be reimbursed by WAHEP. All exchanges and/or warranty claims must be processed within 300 days of receiving the product.
This warranty excludes: Problems caused by third party software and/or “apps”, unauthorized repairs, any unauthorized modifications, issues related to “cookies/malware/virus’” and any other issues related to Internet usage and/or damages cause by actions of third parties.

We offer a 21 day return period for all items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee per item may be assessed. In most cases, a return label will be provided by WAHEP.
The customer must report any visible damage to the product within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange based upon such visible damage. If delivered items with visible damage are not reported within this time frame, you cannot obtain a refund or exchange due to visible damage.
You must receive a RMA within 21 days (including holidays and weekends) of purchasing your product.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER.
All returns authorized by customer service will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number so the product can be returned to us or our partner company.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, in the same condition that you received it.
To be eligible for a return, please first contact us by simply clicking here to complete our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form or chat with customer service via the “chat with us” feature located at the bottom right corner of WAHEP.com.
NOTE: If an item is returned without a valid RMA number, we will be unable to process a return, exchange or refund.
Returns sent with no RMA number or mailed to our offices, will be returned to sender.
Once we’ve received your return, it will go through an inspection and you will be notified that we received it.
Any damage to returned items will be the responsibility of the customer. Items damaged during shipping due to being improperly packaged, will receive less than the full refund amount or be refused.
After a full inspection of the item has been completed, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Once approved, we will initiate a refund. All returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, within the timeframe outlined by your financial institution.
Orders purchased via QuadPay will be refunded less all QuadPay processing fees.
WAHEP is not liable for any returns that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping your return.
